Since the children are just starting their soccer careers, each coach should strive to create an atmosphere of excitement about the game of soccer. The emphasis should be on having fun in a non-competitive atmosphere. It is important for each child to learn the correct way of kicking the ball, that practice is necessary, and that they must play as a team to be successful. There are no individual stars in soccer.
The Instructional Division usually starts in the 3rd or 4th week in September. Participants should be contacted by their coaches sometime around September 1st.
